We partner with transactional, legal and tax experts to secure those deals through the contract negotiation and due diligence stage. We work with our equity and debt partners to structure the deal and define the business plan.
3. Value Creation
We execute the business plan, improve financial operations, create a strong sense of community, address maintenance issues, improve the overall property condition, branding and marketing, perform interior and exterior upgrades, implement technology services and make those communities safe.
4. Disposition
When the time is right, we take advantage of the market to execute our exit strategy and deliver on the results promised to our investors and partners. We facilitate the transition to the next ownership generation and ensure minimum disruption for our residents and employees or contractors.
